From their humble beginnings inside of a Kroger Marketplace to opening a food truck at the beginning of a pandemic; their story is anything but ordinary. Chef/Owner Ryan wanted to create something different than the majority of sushi bars in the metroplex. Their vision is to provide delicious, high-quality sushi at an affordable price and even delivered to you!
